By accessing HORUS (the "Protocol") and any associated interface you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Protocol.
2. Nature of the Protocol
HORUS is experimental, non-custodial software that facilitates access to encrypted datasets on the Solana blockchain. We do not custody your keys, your data, or your funds. You interact with the Protocol at your own risk.
3. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not barred from using blockchain services under applicable law. You are responsible for compliance with your local regulations.
4. No financial advice
Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. The $HORUS token is a utility token used within the Protocol and is not offered as an investment. Digital assets are volatile and may lose all value.
5. Data & content
You are solely responsible for any data you seal, list, or query through the Protocol, and you represent that you hold the rights to do so. You must not list data that is unlawful to share or that infringes the rights of others.
6. Disclaimers
The Protocol is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, security, or fitness for any purpose. Smart-contract risk, key loss, and third-party storage failures are inherent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the contributors to HORUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Protocol.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
